Each vial of PI(4,5)P2 Grip contains lyophilized, recombinant GST-tagged PLC-δ1 PH domain protein. This PI(4,5)P2 binding protein can be used as a control reagent with PIP Strips, PIP Arrays, and PIP Plates. It is easily reconstituted in water or buffered solutions. Each 2.5 µg vial contains enough protein for use on one PIP Strip or PIP Array. PI(4,5)P2 Grip can be detected with commercial anti-GST antibodies.
Storage: Store lyophilized protein at -80 °C or -20 °C. Protein will be stable for at least one year from date of shipment.
