Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer several options at checkout for shipping via FedEx – you will be asked to select one.

  • Ship with your personal FedEx account. Please note that a handling fee will be added to Domestic orders ($13/envelope, $15/FedEx box, $27 for the first cooler/box and $15 each additional) to compensate for shipping materials and preparation.
  • Shipping will be calculated and charged upon Shipment. Shipping rate is determined by the shipping temperature required for your order.

    3. Dry ice

Domestic Order Processing Time

All U.S. Domestic orders (including Canada) placed Monday through Wednesday are processed and dispatched the same day if items are in stock.  Orders placed after 2pm Mountain time will be dispatched the next day. We typically start shipping at 2-2:30pm Mountain time. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on Monday or on the next business day. In most cases, we ship Standard Overnight Delivery (not available to all locations), with delivery by 4:30 PM of the next business day.


Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or residences.


International Orders

International orders to Asia are shipped on Fridays.  International shipments to all other countries are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. These timings are based on our experience of best practices to ensure timely product delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from FedEx. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.  Please see product Technical Data Sheet for information regarding storage temperature and stability. 


Product Stability

We make every effort to ensure the integrity of our products upon arrival at your facility. As such, we continually examine best practices regarding optimal shipping and storage temperatures to maintain the stability of our products.  Storage information is available on the product pages on our website and is included with your order.  Many products may be shipped ambient and require cold storage upon arrival.   


Use of Research Products

Echelon products are intended only for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use. Any individual working with our products should have access to the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and should read and understand it completely prior to use. SDS are available upon request.


Purity Specifications

All Echelon products undergo extensive quality control analysis prior to release for sale. A copy of the QA/QC report will be provided upon request.


Warranty and Limitation of Remedy

Echelon Biosciences strives to meet product specifications at the time of delivery. Refund or replacement may be provided for any material that does not meet our specifications. Refund or replacement requires written notice to EBI within ten (10) days after arrival of the product at its destination. Products are guaranteed to perform 6 months after shipment date.
