Product Background: Lysophosphatidic Acid (LPA) is a serum-derived phospholipid involved in diverse cellular processes such as cell proliferation, chemotaxis, platelet aggregation, wound healing, angiogenesis, tumor invasion, and smooth muscle contraction. Recent research indicates LPA may play a significant role in the pathophysiology of cancer and may be used as a biomarker for ovarian cancer. The Lysophosphatidic Acid Antibody (504B3) was originally developed and patented at Lpath Therapeutics.
Storage
Antibody is stable for up to 1 year at -20 °C. Antibody is stable for 60 days at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
