DO YOU HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY LIPIDS IN-HOUSE?

Yes, all required lipids, are available and backed by the SureStock Lipid guarantee. Any of Echelon’s catalog lipids can be used for formulation and custom synthesis can be performed when needed.

DO YOU HAVE SUPPORT FOR DNA TEMPLATE DESIGN AND IVT?

Yes, we can provide guidance on template designs where needed regarding necessary IVT components, linearization sites, and polyA length. IVT can be performed in-house with unique capping reagents and modified nucleotides incorporated into the final mRNA.

ARE YOU ABLE TO CONJUGATE LIPIDS FOR TARGETING?

Yes, we have a suite of PEG-lipid conjugates available for attaching targeting moieties to the surface of LNPs.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Depending on the service package you choose, you will either need to provide your nucleic acid cargo or templates for producing mRNA via IVT. If there is a specific targeting molecule you would like to explore (antibody, peptide) material or a vendor where the material can be purchased should be supplied as well.
