Products from Echelon Biosciences Inc. are furnished
for laboratory research only and are intended to be
used only by qualified professionals who are trained

risks and hazards inherent with the use of such products.

stated herein, the products are sold AS IS and
ECHELON MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Echelon warrants that, at the time of shipment, the
products sold by it conform to specifications which
accompany the product. Notification of a warranty
claim must be made in writing within thirty (30) days
of receipt of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing
by Echelon. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE
CUSTOMER FOR ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF ECHELON,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY BASED UPON
WARRANTY (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER CONTAINED
HEREIN OR ELSEWHERE), STRICT LIABILITY, CONTRACT, TORT
OR OTHERWISE IS LIMITED AT ECHELON'S OPTION TO EITHER
THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS OR THE REFUND OF THE
INVOICE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS. ECHELON SHALL NOT IN ANY
CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO
PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ECHELON.
Prices:Prices shown are in US dollars and are
subject to change. We will make every effort to inform
our customers of price changes, but please call for
current prices if you require this information prior to
placing your order. Shipment will be made even if
prices have been nominally increased, but if the price
increase is significant we will contact you prior to
shipment.
Return Policy:Please inspect any
shipments immediately upon receipt and inform us if
there are any damages or discrepancies. Should you
feel it necessary to return the material please contact
us for instructions. We may choose to give a refund or
replace the product free of charge.
Shipping Information:All materials are
labile for extended times at room temperature. We
generally ship via FEDEX and bill at the rate of $50
for domestic and $75 for international orders,
regardless of the number of items ordered.
Backorder Policy:Since the products
listed in this catalog require multi-step syntheses,
backorders may occur. Our goal is to ship products not
in stock as soon as possible or substitute that product
for another one.
