Sensitive and robust method for the quantification of LPA in a 96-well format

**We currently do not suggest the use of this kit for the detection of LPA in rodent samples**

LPA

Related Products Z-R018  and for Z-R019
Description:
—In the LPA competitive ELISA, the plate is coated with LPA and blocked to reduce non specific binding. The user individually mixes the LPA standard curve and samples (serum or cell culture supernatant) with the mouse anti-LPA antibody and adds the mixture to the LPA coated plate. The antibody competes for binding to either plate-bound LPA or LPA in the sample/standard. Following incubation and several different ELISA steps, the absorbance at 450 nm is measured and concentration in the samples determined by comparison to the standard curve.
Disclaimer:
—Lpath, Inc. has a number of patent applications pending or issued covering material(s) incorporated into this assay. The assay's intended use is for the measurement of LPA in biological samples. Any other use, including drug discovery, requires a license from Lpath www.lpath.com.
