Description: 

Each vial of PI(4)P Grip^TM contains 2.5 µg lyophilized recombinant N-terminal GST-tagged Legionella pneumophila SidC protein, C-terminal fragment.  This PI(4)P binding protein can be used as a control reagent with our PIP Strips^TM, PIP Plate^TM, and PIP Array^TM.  It is easily reconstituted in water or buffered solutions, and

each vial contains enough protein for use on one PIP Strip^TM or PIP Array ^TM.

PI(4)P GripTM is a GST tagged protein and can be detected with

commercial anti-GST antibodies.
