Each vial of PI(3)P Grip^TM contains 2.5 ìg of lyophilized recombinant p40PX domain GST-tagged protein.  this PI(3)P binding protein can be used as a control reagent with our PIP Strips^TM, PIP Plate^TM, and PIP Array^TM.  It is easily reconstituted in water or buffered solutions.  Each vial contains enought protein for use on one PIP Strip^TM or PIP Array^TM.  PI(3)P Grip^TM is GST-tagged and can be detected with commercial anti-GST antibodies.
