| Recognizes PtdIns(4)P , biotinylated PtdIns(4)P (GloPIPs), or fluorescent PtdIns(4)P (GloPIPs) at the following concentrations: 0.5 µg/mL for ELISA, 1.0 µg/mL Protein Lipid Overlay (PIP Strips) and 0.4 mg/mL Fluorescent Polarization assays. Other in vitro and cellular applications are possible using this antibody, but have not been verified by Echelon Biosciences. These suggested uses are intended as a starting point for optimization. The optimal antibody concentration and other experimental conditions for each application should be determined by the user. |
